I have some questions.
1) Is getting a Qatari drivers license easy?
2) Is there a minimum salary required to get drivers license

No minimum salary required.
You have to go first driving school.
No minimum salary required to get a licence.
You need to register at one of the many driving schools in Doha, pass the driving test and obtain a licence.
anybody can get a drivers license, it's fairly easy if you follow the rules well :P
