The worst driving school in Qatar (trust me I've been there) is Al Raya Driving school although might be a bit cheaper but the teachers will ask for extra tip and you will fail there anyway so don't even think about it
the fees vary from 1000-1500 QR (tow weeks courses) which the school will not give if you didn't already have a driving license from aboard.
