Has anybody had any bad experience with Toyota dealer here in Doha?
By Toyota Victim •
My new 2011 Camry failed after only 925 km (less than a month on the road) due to production fault resulting in a broken bolt, mis-aligned bolts , broken drive belt and broken water pump. The dealer did not want to replace with a new car. I am concern that there may be other faults in this model which may endanger our safety. Anybody has any advice?
I decided never to buy Toyota brand again, like you, my cruiser when i bought, t'was just 1000km and alot of parts to be changed and i paid much for check up but they dont really check it, they force you to change battery even its still good, the thing you wanted to be fixed is not fixed
Why did you buy TOYOTA? It has the worst aftersell service
I must agreed to Xena, I had a lots of very bad experiences with their aftersale SERVICES??? If I can only turn back times, I will not, rather even think to buy car from this dealer! After they closed the deal to you, there are NO aftersale SERVICE at all?! WTH :(
after all the recalls u still bought a Toyota????
anyways the car comes in with a warranty check the conditions of the warranty...if u have a list of the faults in writing from them speak to the sales person who sold the car to u and also to the customer service manager and check if they can replace the car...if still no positive response from them...then i suggest u write to the parent company along with the complete details of the vehicle..hope fully u shud get some response from them...all the best..
Toyota Victim, since Toyota has in the last year recalled Millions of cars, Camerys among them, don't you think that should have been a bit of a warning before buying the car?
As far as I a am aware, Toyota in Doha has really bad after sales service, so good luck in getting it all sorted out!
