Moving from Dubai to Qatar, this is what I did a couple of years ago and was hit by a huge rent increase. I lived in Al Jafliya area near Bur Dubai Police Headquarters annual rent Dhs. 94,000 for a 3 bedroom villa. In Qatar I pay QR. 15,000 x 12 for the similar but comparatively new villa. The rest is same as Dubai but you will not be spending hours behind the steering wheel to make it home from work.

Since you are Single it is enough, flat 5000-6500 1 BHK, car 1800 Rent or Loan Installment, These are the main expenses in Qatar
