How to bring a spcial liquid raw material to Qatar on non commercial basis.

As its not a hazardous or flammable material, Im going to bring some liquid chemical resin (4 gal) from USA for one of my scientific experiment.

Can anybody please advice me about the qatar custom clearance regulations for that kind stuff if i send it via DHL.

Do i need to apply for any permit from ministry of interior (OR ANY OTHER) ? Please give me your suggestions.
