I suggest you speak to the admin department. The paper work is usually done by a person called the mandoob, tipping the mandoob can do wonders for you...

Before you start your process, make sure your basic salary is more than Qr.5000/-

If you have immegration/personal department within your company counsult with them or visit Main Immegration office and you will get all the info required.

In short, you need to secure visit visa for your family first and soon after they drop in, apply for family visa with all the documents including marriage certificate and birth certificates of your kids (if any).

All in all, it should take around 2 months to get your family here in doha and another one month to get there family visia.

I THINK YOU SHOULD ASK YOUR EMPLOYER TO MAKE PERMISSION FOR YOU

FIRST THING THEY WILL ASK YOU IF YOUR SALARY CAN COVER ALL EXPENSES LIVING IN DOHA AND IF YOUR COMPANY COVER THAT OR YOU

IF YOUR EMPLOYER IS GOOD THEY WILL DO PAPER WORKS FOR YOU

OTHER WISE YOU MAY HAVE SOME DIFFICULTY TO APLAY FOR AN VISIT VISA AND THEY WILL ALOWED YOU ONLY FOR 6 MONTH AND EACH MONTH YOU SHOUL TO PAY 200 QR FOR EACH PERSON YOU INVITE IT

GOOD LUCK
