How are you all? Hoping everything is going fine.

I just have a question on the construction field in Qatar right now... All the rental charges for home or villa or office or showroom is so crazy now. Is the construction cost very expensive now in Qatar?

How do you think about per sqm for construction cost in Qatar now? I mean without any decoration. Just civil structural works. I think it shall not be too high now.. right?

I think as follows:

Villa: per sqm is QR1100

Towers (below 10 stories): per sqm is QR 1500

Towers (high-rise towers): per sqm is QR2000

If with decoration, i think each sqm add QR500...
