How long is the alcohol ban going to be? Taking into acount Ramadan and Eid?

I know that alcohol will not be able to be purchased during Ramadan, but I was also curious about Eid. I've heard that the alcohol ban could last 3 months starting Septemeber 1st. Does Anyone else have any info on this?

They will re-open the first thursday in October, then clos again on Friday, Boy, that thursday will be busy!
