How much would it cost for a moderate living for an Indian Family

I am all set to move to doha, qatar in a month's time. Would be greatful if any one could show some light on below.
1. How much would it cost annually for a grade-1 student in any indian school?
2. How much would it cost for 2nd hand car (2008+ model civic or corrolla)?
3. What is the fuel cost per gallon in Qatar?
4. Which location would you suggest for staying (I am looking for a place where there is a School,Hospital, Grocery and Shopping mall that Indian Communities normally prefer) within 10-15km from city.
5. How much would be average monthly rent for an Indian family (2BHK or 1BHK) within 10-15km from city?

My dear if you go 10-15 km from doha you are almost out of the country!
there is one ideal indean school , n my neighbour kids are going there , it will cost u 200 to 300 QR /month
near the ideal indian school , there are alot of indians living, depended upon ur need house rents ranges from 2300 QR 1BHK to 4500 1BHK or may be 2BHK , area is abuhamour /ainkahlid
grocery is also near safari mall , and plenty others ....
the cars u r looking for u can rent one in 2000QR/month or u can also lease it .
petrol is 1lit/1 QR

1 litre = 1 riyal Super

The area you are expecting can be Gharafa, Old Airport, but school is not very close + Qatar Traffic is bad.

2 BHK - QR: 7000, if you want in a good location
1 BHK - can be varied from 1800 - 4000.
