IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A LOCAL HIRE HERE IN QATAR TO OBTAIN AN NOC FROM HIS ADOPTED SPONSOR?

Hello guys
I transferred to a company here in Doha. They were not my original sponsors.I gave them an NOC from my original sponsor. After one year with them,I got another offer which would pay me 3x what this company is currently paying me.I went to them for an NOC but they refused threatening that if I resign they would send me back to my country and place a 2 year ban on me.My question brothers and sisters is:do they have the right to repatriate me, bearing in mind that they are not my original sponsors, and also what will i do.Do I have a place where I can seek redress. Also I thought that here in Doha that local hires are entitled to an NOC after successfully completing one year with their adopted sponsors?.Please whoever knows for sure the solution to this my predicament should kindly reply me so that I would know the next step to take.Thank you guys

Your option is to work with the present Sponsor or leave the country for two years. You can't do anything even if you are locally hired. Try to get the NOC in a diplomatic way if possible.

They have the rights to revoke your job contract upon notice any time they think is neccessary. NOC is the sole discretion of the employer. It has nothing to do with local hire nor foreign hire. Thanks to the law.
