Hi,
After getting a government house, I had to transfer the water & electricity bill to my name. I did that on 19-NOV-2012.
I received a bill from KAHRAMA on 30-NOV-2012 with the Consumption as 0 for both water and electricity.
But I have been charged 234QAR and 135QAR as Other Charges.
I would like to know if anyone has an idea of what this "Other Charges" mean?
I tried calling 991 and they gave me one hotline number, but no one responds to the call on that number.

Any kind of info would be highly appreciated.

the same with mine. much better you will pay every after 3 months because the actual reading would be after 3 months. The first & second month that probably only an estimation.
