PAYA and LAMB LEG are one and the same. Paya is called in local language ( urdu or hindi) and LAMB LEG is named PAYA. Both are same.
before i used to buy it from Musheireb , but since its demolished, its pretty hard to find any other shop where they sell roasted lamb legs

There is a difference in Lamb Leg and Paya
Lamb leg is from sheep. and is meat (muscle) with the bone inside
Paya on the other hand is called trotters (in english)
Ask any butcher and they may arrange it for you.

there is a butcher shop in matar qadeem Tele 44653418,call and ask,you should find them.
miraaj_r, my hubby bought some last week from a shop near Sara hotel the roasted ones but those are Australian.
and after the skin peel a butcher roasts it for burning the remains of skin
