Hello people,

I have just got a job in Dubai. Expected salary would be around 10,000 AED. Kindly let me know about the possible cost of living in Dubai, since i dont have any knowledge abt dubai.

Thanks
Raghav

I was born in the emirates and lived there all my life.it's just amazing but abu dhabi is much better than dubai nowadays.anyway,if u r single then 10,000 is okay although the spending limit there is high as lots of beautiful places to go to or even shopping malls.you must know what ur priorety is before u accept the offer

Even i have come from DUBAI and didn't like much..

Dubai is very congested now..I just hated the traffics there..And ofcourse daily commodities r no low in price..

As far as ur salary is concerned, its gud for a starter..U wld be able to save a decent amount of salary if accomodation-transportation wld be taken care by ur employer.

BEST LUCK..

Well i wish you good luck and make sure he is going to pay you every month and i dont think he will pay you for long as the situation is realy bad much more than what we read in media. There is a Simple saying the faster and the higher you go the easter you come down and severe the fall. God bless Dubai

the best place to work in middle east

AED 10,000/- is ok to live a good life with some saving .

As of today you will get a good 1BHK ( AED 30,000 / year @ sharjah ) & ( AED 38,000 / year @ international City dubai ) .

But check before joining ( as dubai's condition is becoming bad day by day ) .

I lived in dubai for 7 years & from last 1 year i m in doha .

Dubai is good for traffic & doha is good for family life
