hello to all, just like to ask what is the usual procedure in renting a place here in Qatar when it comes to initial payment terms. Do rentals here have a minimum months of stay? and Is one month advance and one month deposit applicable?

I think it all depends on the land lord , how he likes it. Some places want a whole years rent in advance, some don't ... there is no real rule here
