you can get NOC only in a friendly way.but Residence rules here in Qatar didnt allow that.you can friendly as i said change your sponser as law after two years.but u can change your sponser after first residence renewal.

Let me frank and reply to A**h*** who replied with slavery, I don't think it's any of ur F***** business when u r an expat in a country u make ur living in. Don't like, tough sh**. go back home.
Why everybody think it's slavery matter, This rule was set to control a lot of cheap expat. who leave their work for few hundreds to work with another sponsor.
Finally, If u don't respect the rules of the country, u can always leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeve......
This was discussed number of times, you can see similar post if you search NOC, anyway if your company ready to give you NOC, if you are a professional you can change in one year and for non-professional catogories only after two years. NOC purely depends on the mangement if you are not locally hired.

You are not entitled to anything, NOC is at the sole discretion of your sponsor... IN ALL CASES.
You are not "entitled" to anything. You are a slave. Your sponsor is the slave master. He can let you go or not, just as he likes.
