I've been looking for Islamic lectures and classes to attend in Qatar , which are Open for everyone , but I don't know where they are hosted , Does anyone know about these classes , since I would like to benefit from my time?

SuperXDE, as stated in the first response a good starting point would be FANAR, which is the spiral like building opposite to Souq Waqef.

There you might be able to find lot's of info and guidance on: open courses, lectures, support and readings.
