Dear QL friends,

I have been send 5 kg valuable things by one of air cargo in Doha. Their contract is delivered within 12 or maximum 15 days, Unfortunately 1 month over they didn't delivered yet. Now they didn't response my telephone even in Kerala and Doha agent.

How and Where shall I complaint? How can I approach for these type cases? Please advise me to my email ID.. [email protected]
