Police Clearance certificate for migration
Hi all
My migration papers to US have come through. One of the documents required is a Police clearance certificate.
1. Where do I go to apply for this ?
2. How long does it take ?
3. My brother also has his papers come through, he used to work in Doha for 1 year and now works in Dubai. How can he get his ?

Police Clearance certificate is an easy procedure. You can obtain this from Criminal Evidence and Investigation dep.(CEID). This is in Salwa road. (After Safari Supermarket flyover go 500m forward and you can see a small signage on the right side)
Documents required : Passport copy and visa copy, 3 PP size photo, 05 riyal fee (payable by card) and you need to fill a form available at the counter. This will take 10 days and you will get an SMS on mobile. Go and collect.
