This person is constantly being bullied in the office. He had spoken to the bullies yet despite of that bullying still continues. Now...he is at this point that if he kept his anger to himself he would get sick and would not be able to focus on his work. The only way to relieve him in his tensed situation is to punch these bullies to their faces.

What is the legal implication, should these bullies plays victim and report to police?
