as per the census of 2009 , the Qatar population is around 140000 .My doubt is, this figure is only Qatari or including expatriates. Please clear my doubt.

your figures are wrong...its not correct...either of Qatari or with expats...get your facts right before you post or ask something like this..
btw...wats your source for this figures..?
