Hi, I am expecting a package and now it shows up on this page http://www.qpost.com.qa/imo/qpost/ttchmail/parcel_wait.php.

But there it say's customs next to it. Anyone know what it means, from past experience?

I have received no other communication from the Post Office. Does it mean my package is stuck in customs or should I just wait till the Post Office contacts me?

When you go to the post office, the customs people there will x-ray your package and after that they will open it in front of you. If everything is ok, they will give it to you right there and then.

Hi there,This means that you have got mail that needs cusom clearance by money or if medicine, they have to check its nature. you go there from 8 AM to 8 pm to take it with the recete or email you have got within 21 days max, otherwise they will send it back to the original sender.Best of Luck
