i bought qtel unlimited internet plan of worth QAR320 ..ITS A ONE YEAR PLAN..THEY TOLD THAT FIRST MONTH BILL WILL COME QR500 AND FROM NEXT MONTH IT WILL BE 320..BUT I AM SHOCKED THAT MY FIRST MONTH BILL IS COMING QR750..PLZ EXPLAIN AND HELP GUYS???
you are another victim like me...Q tel will suck until your last blood. Its monopoly .. no body can do anything....so be carefulll ... no point in complaining.... nothing happens...why dont your take this complain direct to the ministry... check the website they have given the website

What they tell you is a lie.I talked to a manager at qtel and he told me "dont worry, just pay Qr320 each month, they only charge the first two months in advance" End of month one I payd Qr320, and a few days later my line was cut!Phoned customer service and they told me my account is in arears! As with any Q company here, you have no choice but to pay it, and talking sense to them doesnt help.Pay what you are billed otherwise they will cut the line, and even if you refuse to pay they will keep charging you the Qr320 every month, on top of the "arrears"My advise is dont even bother speaking to q-tel, you wont get it sorted out. As with everything here, just suck it up and pay it - unfortuanatly :(
I got the same problem as yours. What I did was I went to the qtel center and asked my bill. From my bill I saw some strange figures and amounts. I called the customer service and they gave me instructions on how to process my complains. After that I went to the city center where I bought my qtel and filed the dispute of my complaints. They process everything and gave me complain number. "Don't forget to ask your complain number as this serves as your reference" Hope this helps

Don't worry, sometimes they charge for two months advance rental plus connection fee. But from next month, billing should be regular.
