'111' is just like A TRAIN TRACK [if u look closely] which has no ends. So when a user dial it he/she has to wait for almost an hour to be answered by any CSR

.

That's why i cancelled QTEL connection and got VODAFONE mobile connection. Furthermore, i will surely cancel my QTEL LANDLINE and will get VODAFONE'S line

.

Personally, its better to go to any QTEL shop and then file your complaint there. You might get lucky if they listen to u and resolve ur problem

we are having the same problem in both areas no mosiac and waiting upto 45 mins to be answered on the telphone... My opinion the service they provide is poor and i bet we will not get any refunds for lack of service

I registered a complaint on my telephone almosta month ago ( Sep 6th) and since then I have spoken to QTel people atleast 6 times and everytime it is after a lengthy wait. ( I put it on the speaker phone and continue to do my job until finally someone picks up - usually after 10 minutes). The problem is still there and I think Qtel service is utterly hopeless. Companies such as this only exists because customers have no other option !!
