In your case, what you can do if cant come back to DOha within six months, your husband must filled a form in Immigration department and pay the amount of qar. 500 to waive the cancellation.

**This only applies for less than 1 year outside the country.

But if more than one year, your husband must reapply it in the Labour Department for activation of visa.

First of all are you under husband sponsorship? if so you can proceed.

Normally if you stay morethan 6 months out of Qatar your RP will be invalid, but, on medical ground, if you can provide clear proof (medical certificate) stating the reason of overstay, the airport immigration will issue 'return visa' with a fee of QR.500/- provided that your RP is valid and not stayed morethan 12 months out of QATAR.

Your newborn baby will get on arrival visa at airport if you enter to QATAR within 90 days after delivery.

regards.
