regarding termination of contract

hi all..
just want to ask for some opinions, as our company is heading for its closure., most of the staffs are still not qualified for noc - release.
is article 49 of qatar labour law applicable? wherein if they cannot relocate you to another job, then they will give a 30 days notice re: termination of contract.

can i make job applications knowing that wont be giving any release?

If your company will close, it's your responsibility to find a new job, give the company id of your new company including the job offer so that your old company will give you release and noc. make sure you do it fast because they have the grounds to cancel your visa and buy you a ticket back home. I had the same situation before. goodluck
