School refusing to pay caution deposit
By salafichennai •
I paid QR 500 as refundable caution deposit at the time of my child's admission 2 years ago.
Now i applied for transfer certificate because i wanted my kid to shift to a better school. The school is saying they will only refund the caution deposit if i produce original receipt issued at the time of admission.
Is there anything i can do to get my money back? Is there any authority whom i can approach for justice? And is my case strong enough to approach the authorities?
A complaint has to be lodged with the Police, stating that the original deposit receipt is lost. Request a report from the Police.
You can attach the Police Report along with your request for refund of the deposit.
give them a lesson, this not a matter money, just put a case against that school and contact SUPREME EDUCATION COUNCIL
