I have a query regarding leaving the country while I have bank loans.

Dear sir,
I was engaged in a private contracting company about 10 months ago, after my appointment I took a loan from the bank with company's support.
2 months back I was terminated from service and asked by the company to search a job and they will provide an NOC.
Within this 2 months of search, although my new employment is not yet finalized but is under process towards a positive side.
Now the company is asking me to immediately leave the country.

So please advise if I can leave the country without settling the loan, leave some amount for few installment and settle it completely after coming back.

Otherwise what is the ultimate remedy.

Why don't you talk to your Bank to get a grace period or to get other alternative ways. I believe you can either transfer the loan to someone or give one or Two guarantors.
