sewage leak - complaint!!!

There is sewage leak in my building basement and in nearby flats , bad odor everywhere. Where do I complaint? , is there any email address I can register my complaint. I do not want to fight with Land Lord or directly involve in it since they are so powerful.

Thanks for the comments, we have conveyed the message to Baladiya and hope they will do something!!!

The issue is we do not have any connection with landlord since there is a middleman involved and he is another waste.

so much trouble... maintenance shud b done by the landlord...the property belongs to him...

If it is inside the building perimeter then the owner is responsible else contact Baladiya they can help you!
