yes, that is also true, I learnt it few years back, that they have Govt. vehicles / ambulances / or some kind of free of cost transport waiting near by alcohol shops ,to carry those drunkard teenagers home from 24 hrs open alcohol shops there..

It's also worrying that some have to hold down part time jobs that impact on their studies.

I think a lot of them drink excessively as well. And they steal traffic cones and keep them in their dorms.

A colleague has a husband , 3 children & more than 45 members from her family & relatives in UK, she is worried about the trend of this poisonous social illness there.....
