Any advice please!!
Is this a valid ground that my co- staff will be terminated and sent back home because he was misunderstood to greet a housemaid of a local? "this was a simple "Good afternoon madam" but the qatari guy grabbed him and physically harassed..then called our employer to terminate my friend or else he'll be put into jail.

anyone can tell us where to go and contest his side?

That local is really mad man, why did you greet his servent and say "Madam" he may thought that you are calling her something bad??!!!
