Every week of this night I am alone, can not sleep, don't know what to do. I go to bed and switch of all light but my eyes is not resting. I don't know what to do.

Could you please give me some idea.

Take a flight to Dubai or Abu Dhabi and have a fun. Supposed you know nothing to do out door in Doha.

- watch a film (rent/borrow a DVD / cinema)

- read a book

- invite a friend home and cook dinner for him

- go for a small walk before sleeping

- write a long mail/letter to your family/friends back home

- invite friends home to play a game / cards

- have a relaxing bath/shower and drink a tea with camomile

- decide to learn something new (language, drawing, computer program...) you can find so many things to learn on internet

Good Luck :-)

PS: if nothing works try relaxation/meditation music (from internet on You tube and others..)

go to the bar, get drunk and bring some girl over... first your eyes won't need a rest naturally, but then you will sleep like a baby for whole day..

good luck...
