Enter the traffic department, take the queue number and wait for your turn. No need of any form, since the whole system is now fully computerized, and the counter person would print a filled form there and then to be signed by both.
1. Traffic department opposite main fish market, Try this one.
2. New Traffic department Madina Khalifa South
3. Old Traffic department Madina Khalifa North
4. Traffic department Airport road

@Molten..I am selling the car
1. Original Road Permit of the Car, it must be valid
2. Original ID of buyer and seller
3. ATM or Credit Card
Present all the above in any of the traffic department between 7 AM to 7 PM non stop and they would do the change in five/ten minutes while you both sit there. Change fee is Qar. 200 to be paid by ATM or credit card, at the same time.
Traffic department is having all Qatari staff, extending an exemplary service in the quickest possible time.
