Very nice affordable apartments beside Ramada

Hello,

I am not in real estate nor am I trying to advertise, but posting out of trying to help new comers to Doha to get allocated!

When you pass Ramada traffic light along the C-Ring road (with Ramada Hotel at your right side), take the first right turn, then first left, then first right, then first left and then you will find at your right many new buildings with apartments for rent ranging up from 1 bedroom up to 3 bedrooms fully furnished.

The services include gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, internet (wireless), cable-TV and 24 hours security besides a parking space.

I got a good deal for some colleagues of mine from Spain and the UK.

7,500 QR/month based on 3 months advanced quarterly payments for a one bedroom apartment (fully furnished).

I lived in the Beverly Hills tower and have seen apartments in Ezdan buildings, and these new apartment beat them in everything except the window view!

And what you get in those towers for 10,000-11,000QAR, you can get in this place for 7,500-8,000QAR...

The rooms are spacious, the furniture is very good (leather couches) with a large wardrobe in the bedroom and Split AC in every room.
Toilets are big and the kitchen is big also and fully equipped (except for microwave).

As I said, I am not advertising, I will not mention the landlord. Check it for you self...

Lously,

You are absolutely right about Al-Sadd. I have seen several new buildings (Al-Asmakh and others), but the ones above are better furnished and with more services.

They even have schedules for men/women in the pool and Jacuzzi services...

You can contact this number if you are interested:

6582587 (Yousef from Al-Jasem group). He was our contact person...

(They have empty 3 b/r apartments by the way)

verisimiltude,

I have to disagree with you in that point, becuase we are talking about brand new high quality apartments with luxurious services.

I have negotiated the rent of my 3 bedroom apartment (unfurnished) down to 6,500 QR/month paying 6 months in advance. But the apartments I mention above are better located and with higher standards.

I am telling you that the same apartments around City Center cost around 10,000 to 11,000 QR/month...!

7500 for a single bedroom apartment is still kinda expensive considering the going rates...
