It is only allowed to enter the country without a visa for a baby upto 60 or 90 days from the birth, if the mother is having a valid visa here.
If your baby is 7 months old it is mandatory to get a visa.
My baby is 100 days old and already I got a visa for her to bring her by the end of this month.
