Its been like 3 days now that i cannot make an International Call using my Vodafone sim. The call keeps dropping and i have to dial a no. at least 50 times to get through for few seconds and then it drops again....Anyone else having this issue??
Well i did call them up.. as usual there is no one who understands the issue.. puts you on hold for at least 3 mins on a very simple and basic query. Other than this you have to repeat your question for about 5 times for them to understand... that's another issue....
Plus i they charged me another month though i made it very clear i dont want to continue and the guy (Customer Champion) assured me that it wont be charged until 16th of Sept... and only 2 hours later i received an sms from them saying that they have charged me for another month already though it was only 14th of Sept.. what else is left for disappointment..?? :-/
If you have a problem with Vodafone you should inform them about it. How do they know that their customers are having some problems without getting any complaints from their customers? First of all those who are having any issues with their Vodafone, call Vodafone and tell them. If they are not trying to solve it then comes the issue of changing the service provider. They are new here and they are expecting the support of their customers to run their business smoothly.
Yes, same happens with me too & i thought may be its the problem with only one destination, then i tried different countries but no change and on top of that whenever you call their call center the CUSTOMER CHAMPIONS are barely helpful. :,(
I guess i will just go ahead with termination of my VF account.

I have been having the same issue. However, I noticed that as soon as dial it gives me a beeping sound thats similar to a busy tone. However if you continue to hold after a few seconds it gives the beeping tone again and it may connect after a while. Or you can always keep trying!
I am not sure why this is happening. Must be to do with the introduction of "RED" and the exponential rise in number of customers.
