Vodafone: Worst Telephone Company
I am highly dissatisfied with this company. When VF came to this country I was very happy. It will create a competition with QTel and it will be better for the residents of this country.
On contrary I found it to be one of the worst telephone company. For the last 2 weeks I cannot make any call to non-vodafone number. It's all started with changing auto-recharge from credit card to bank account. I guess it was in the middle of their system change. First week was full of system problems, slowness and non-availability of the system and no-one gave me the right answer. It is always be problem will be fixed in 24 hours or within 48 hours. Still no solution.
I was wondering if other QL members share the same thoughts?

They are hopeless. Their network is still not up to the world standard in Qatar. Many times after using their 3G network I used to restart my phone else even having full network person calling me used to get message mobile not reachable. I changed my Vodafone no and now I am back with Qtel.

Yes, Its True. Its the worst telephone company in the world.
I also had a very bitter experience with them.
First, they overcharge the calls,
Second, their calls get dropped and we are charged.
Third, Unknown numbers are charged to our numbers. I came to know that, there were several unknown numbers charged to my account only when I asked them to email me the usage history. When enquired, they say the information provided by them is correct.
Finally, to my great surprise, the usage history shows the amount charged to my account more than the amount recharged by me.
They are still investigating how can a user get charged more than the available balance and still the information provided by them is Authentic!!!!!!!!!

Dont worry they are as bad here as they are in the UK, i have contract in the UK with them and hidden charges etc apply, no wonder really as staff are a bunch of amaturs given the job to keep the dole queue down in the UK
standard answer 24hrs, 48hrs. pathetic systems, ict should take some action against them to stop vodafone from harassing customers.
same happenned to me but only for one day. thank god
also internet performance is batchy and depends on location
but it seems that they still have problems in system and in coverage
