What any related issues to the re-employment for the same sponsor in Qatar ?

Dear Advisors,

I was released by my sponsor as a result of downsizing in the organisation with a one month notice period. I was told that if i found any other vacancy within the same organisation within this notice period, i shall consider that nothing has happened in case i have been selected for another position. I have recieved my end of benefits with a compansation for my working period since i haven`t find any chance within that period with the organisation.

They gave me a period of 2 month to transfer my sponsor

My question is now if i found a vacancy with the same organisation ( My employer / sponsor ) now.

Is that will be considered as a new contract with a new salary or i shall pay them back the end of service recieved from them.

Please help me with your valid answers and i am ready to provide any clarification needed.
