As far as I know that 3 or more cups/day of Coffee will give a strong palpitation of heart which is not good.

More Tea will also give you hyper acidity.

I got confused as well..

but I asked one Doctor he was taking Turkish Coffee every after 2 hours caught me by surprise when he answered me that it is his Medicine Because he has a strong cough that day. ??? then maybe that is one of the benefit of Turkish Coffee.

And if you are addicted with tea Dr. Said by mixing the tea with some milk the total benefit of the tea and from the milk is reducing due to chemical chain balance reaction...

sakaera, i've even read it some times back that having a moderate quantity of TEA can also reduce the risk of HEART ATTACK..So which one to trust now?? Tea or Coffee????

Actually i've never favoured any researches..I just believe in having moderate quantity of everything..Never cross the limit..

Turkish coffee is as healthy as any regular coffee. Actually according to some some researches a quantity of two small Turkish coffee cups (demitasse cups) can be beneficial for the heart. If you exceed this amount then it may become bad for your health like any other coffee. Bear in mind that Turkish coffee is made almost as quickly as instant coffee but it's far better for your health.
