Which is the best Alfardan/Jaidah Group

Cutting to the chase ,which is the best company of the two to work in 1. Alfardan(properties) 2. jaidah Group

I have a choice now and i need to make a quick decision (lets just say the offer in both are same alike but jaidah being around 20% more than Alfardan)...plzzzzzzzz advice me in terms of
1.Culture, 2.Future benefits(Especially Bonus and raise)
3.Career development
