Why Qtel is cheating !

i Used to pay the Qtel monthly bill(local phone +internet) regularly and there was no oustanding bill but this month Qtel asking me to pay an out statnding bill of last month. I hv the proof of all the receipt which i payed with me and where should i complain this..??? Please advise me in this. Thanks !

They would have issued the bill before your last payment. Either you go to Qtel Office or log in to their website (e-qtel: You should create an account for signing in) from where you will be able to find out if there are any outstanding payments.
Go to qtel ofc and bring the current bill together with all the previous payment receipts that u made.

the bill is an automated one, which will be generated every month automatically. Don't bother about it, just go to Qtel office and check with them. They will sure help you.
I was having similar issue before, when I contacted, they have made it clear and sorted the issues.
