You could try in SPLASH, it is located in Al Asmakh Mall (near Al Sadd street) and in City Center.

Sometimes they have up to 6XL.

i am also big :)

i found a shop opposite the airport terminals after family food centre. Its called Wear House if i am not wrong. They have big sizes as well.
