I grew up in Doha, lived here throughout my schooling and later went to Europe to flirt with higher studies. I have a long history of struggling with software engineering, finance and business management. I have not learned much though.
I am financier by profession.
Numbers fascinate me and I consider myself more numerate than literate. What could have been a better ID for me than mathboy at QL. Whilst people around me reckon that I am equally incompetent in numbers, I find comfort in the fact that people are not wholly objective in their treatments and 'mathboy' is a fictitious identification which hides my amateurishness anyway.
I'm very passionate about languages and literature.
I'm told that I'm opinionated and argumentative, which reconfirms my Pakistani identity. I feel characteristically irritated when someone declares that I am not opinionated but broadminded and sympathetic. Last and the least, I am extremely imperfect.
