How much is that transport allowance? And note the schooling allowance. If the transport allowance covers a car, and the accomodation is OK, then you can make your own calculations, but you won't be getting much less than many teachers here, and more than some.
By and large, QU pays the job, not the nationality. Faculty is very multinational and they're all on the same salary scale.
