Unfortunately I don't personally know any companies that are directly looking for people to work from home at the moment. What you can do is have various interviews and discuss it. Or look for a position in the newspaper that you feel would allow for flexibility.

Depending on your credentials you can also be a consultant and thus make you own work hours. The options are endless, but you have to be creative and agressive to achieve results.
