This is not shocking at all. My daughter has a similar problem at work and she also works with an Indian guy. If he is in a good mood he treats her with the same respect she treats him if he is having a bad day he talks to her in a disrespectful manner. My daughter is a quiet and well mannered person and respects other people so she keeps quiet. They can be glad I don't work there as I wouldn't keep my mouth shut !!! It's so uncalled for.
