Well, I think that is sexual harrasment and you should report him but you have to be tactical about this. Make sure you still have the SMS on your phone as proof of what he sent to you or else it would be your word against his. But be sure to report such behaviour, you are in a foreign land anything can happen so be wise to protect yourself from assault.
