I do understand how you feel, sometimes tummy fat is very stubborn, especially after I gave birth to my 2 boys. I routinely exercise, eat healthy and very small portion and even eat only vegetables at dinner.

Fate of the mothers, anyway I want to try other diet, it was on Rachael Ray show at MBC4, it called FLAT BELLY DIET their website is www.flatbellydiet.com.

It sound easy, needs little exercise and healthy food.

Depends on your suitable requirements, but I think I want to try this one, since I only need to add 2 tablespoon of almonds, macadamia nuts, olive oil. flaxseed oil, avocado, and other 7 items I forgot to my meal, they said it will melt the tummy fat directly ...
