I used to be a yoga junkie before I got married and had my babies. After getting married I tried to have a yoga routine but failed miserably. I never gained much because I stay away from sugar and always eat very small portions, still it was not like before. Last year in Canada I got a membership in a ladies gym and really benifitted from it. I incorporated my excercise routine with my daily life. I worked part time so I used to be off at 12:45pm. I would drive to the gym and excercise till 2:00pm. I would have enough time to take a shower and run a few errands before I would pick up my kids from school at 3:15pm.
The bottom line is, have an excercise routine and stick to it and joining a gym is the best ways to do so. You will get rid of all the stubborn fat and have a well toned body.
