I remember you saying that a person could be forgiven for cheating if they did realize it was a mistake. Maybe if he was "legally committed", he'd have realized soon that it was a mistake falling for someone else, while being in a state of marriage with you and you were the person he actually loved so much to choose to get married to. People do tend to go off the track once in a while.
