hello, yes ur husband can sponsor ur son..he just needs 2get NOC frm his sponsor & keep copy of his bank statement with his contract copy. Keep ur son's birth cert, ur marraige cert(attested by embassy). U've 2 submit these at Labour office mumtaza & den dey'll send u 2 immigration thts all. i got my son's visa done d same way...All d best...
